Subaru XV is a C-segment SUV produced by Japanese manufacturer Subaru since 2011. It appeared on the European market in January 2012. The Subaru XV is developed on the same platform as the fourth generation Subaru Impreza. The trunk volume with all the seats involved is 380 liters, and when the rear sofa is folded down, it becomes 1270 liters. The tank holds 60 liters of fuel.
The entire Subaru XV range is equipped as standard with the latest generation of the "Dynamic Chassis Control Concept" chassis, the latest technology developed by the Japanese manufacturer. The combination of four-wheel drive with a low center of gravity of the boxer engine guarantees high stability and safety on the road.
In the spring of 2016, the model underwent a cosmetic and mechanical update.
Outside, there are changes such as:
- new LED taillights with new interior texture and ice color instead of red;
- new bumpers with increased air intake;
- more protection from raw plastic;
- new housing for fog lamps surrounded by an inverted L chrome
- a new wheel alloy with a similar texture but with turbine-style spokes compared to the previous parallel design wheels.
In July 2017, the second generation was presented, based on a new platform called the Subaru Global Platform and on the modern generation of the two-volume five-door Subaru Impreza, presented at the Geneva Motor Show that same year.
