Information on repair and maintenance of ZAZ 1102 Tavria cars electronically
The Ukrainian auto industry is known for the popular model of 1987 - ZAZ - 1102, which is also called "Tavria". The car was produced in Zaporozhye, at ZAZ. It replaced its predecessor ZAZ - 968.
Tavria became the basis for the development of several modifications. There were more than 40 different versions of ZAZ: Slavuta, Dana, pickup and others. Simultaneously with the basic modification, ZAZ - 1102 "norm" was produced. At that time, Tavria was considered a fairly economical car.
In 1989, ZAZ, together with the "Magna International" company from Canada, entered into a cooperation agreement providing for the development of the "Tavria - Magna" company, which plans to produce automotive parts for its auto industry.
In the same year, the car underwent changes and received a new index 110206. Diffusers were tilted in the headlights, indicators appeared on the fenders, the seats got head restraints, and the facing - moldings.
By 1992, the plant produced more than 60 thousand cars and began to work for export. For the first time, 1000 units of Tavria were delivered to Czechoslovakia. Also, small deliveries were made to the countries of Europe, Greece, France and England. At the same time, the plant began to produce models with a "station wagon" body.
Every year the number of cars produced at the plant increased, and possible modifications were also made.
By 1998, developed "Tavria - Nova", which gradually began to replace the basic model ZAZ - 1102. "Tavria - Nova" was created jointly with Daewoo, it corrected all the shortcomings that had been identified earlier. The car was not significantly changed: the radiator grille, headlights, lanterns were modernized. New decorative caps and brake lights were used in the design. To increase the reliability and safety of the car, the load-bearing and technological elements of the body were reinforced.
All modifications of cars were equipped with various engines of the Melitopol Engine-Building Plant.
The volume varies from 1.1 l to 1.3 l, respectively, and the power is 53 - 63 horsepower. The maximum speed does not exceed 145 - 165 km / h. The car can be used to work with a trailer.
The dashboard has a speedometer, measuring instruments, an ashtray, a glove compartment for things. The car is also equipped with seat belts for the driver and passenger.
