Information on repair and maintenance of Infiniti G35 cars electronically

Infiniti G sedans are D-segment cars produced by Infiniti from 1991 to 2014. There were four generations in total. The first two generations were based on the Nissan Primera, the next generations were based on the Nissan Skyline.

The third generation of the Infiniti G appeared in 2002 and was called the Infiniti G35. The car was sold in Japan under the name Nissan Skyline V35. The biggest difference from previous generations was the powertrain. It became a front-engined, rear-wheel-drive sports luxury car. At that time, powerful engines were also offered: a 3.5-liter V6 with 260 hp. and 280 hp A coupé model was also introduced in 2003 to compete with the BMW 3 Series Coupe.

The Infiniti G35 was equipped with standard electronic brake force distribution, emergency brake assist, dual vehicle control systems, high intensity headlights, heated and power outside mirrors, dual chrome exhaust system, leather seats, power front seats, two-stage front airbags, optional side airbags, overhead curtain airbags, rear seat airbags, electrically ventilated disc brakes on all four corners, and an in-dash audio system that can hold six CDs and MP3 playback.

The interior of the car is built on comfort and expensive materials. Improved touches include an analog clock mounted in the center of the dash and what Infiniti calls a "Fine Vision electro-fluorescent lighting system" on the dash.

One of the shortcomings of the rear-wheel drive version of the Infiniti G35 is the car's inability to gain traction on slippery road surfaces, despite having two vehicle control systems, including traction control. And during the rainy season, the rear tires usually spin without traction, even under slight acceleration.

Shortly after introducing the rear-wheel drive Infiniti G35 sedan as an early 2003 model, Nissan's luxury division added the Infiniti G35 luxury sports coupe. While the two body styles are related, they do not share body panels. The sporty coupe has a nearly 50/50 weight distribution, and Infiniti says its suspension setup is a bit more aggressive than the sedan's because it makes heavy use of aluminum to reduce unsprung weight.
